The rumors are true!

After 23 years on Flat Street, VCP is moving to a large beautiful new space on the corner of High Street and Green Street, just one block up from Brattleboro’s busiest Main Street intersection. Our new, expanded home will provide an open, functional, and accessible space for VCP’s programs and events. You, our members and supporters, are the reason for this expansion and we’re so excited to share VCP’s Vision for 2021 with you!

Imagine a new VCP…

in a large industrial space with high ceilings and an open floor plan for gallery shows and events; with a darkroom and digital lab side by side; a place to share work and hold group meetings; browse an extensive photo library or shop in a well-stocked showroom of high-quality used photo equipment and gear. Imagine being part of bringing this exciting VCP vision to life… Construction will start on June 1st!

At a glance…

• Larger and more spacious gallery
• Brand new digital lab / classroom space
• Upgraded traditional darkroom
• Brand new photo library / lounge area
• Upgraded PhotoThrift retail space
• ADA accessible throughout
• Enhanced and expanded educational programs
• Flexible and spacious event space
• …. and much more!!

Will You Help?

With generous support from some true photo-angels in our community, we’ve already raised over three quarters of the funding for this project.

If every VCP member and supporter donates $75, we will reach our goal! Of course, we will gladly accept whatever amount you can give larger or smaller. Rest assured that 100% of your donation will go towards Vision ‘21.
