Vermont Center for Photography is thrilled to announce our 2nd Annual Silent Auction featuring over 100 prints from regional, national, and international photographic artists. Prints are donated by artists and 100% of the generated proceeds benefit Vermont Center for Photography’s annual exhibition and educational programming for 2026 and beyond. About VCP
Now in its 27th year, the Vermont Center for Photography (VCP) is a cornerstone of Brattleboro’s arts community and a vibrant hub for photographers and photo appreciators alike. VCP is home to world-class exhibitions, a public darkroom and digital lab, a 2000+ title photo book library, and PhotoThrift—a one-of-a-kind thrift store featuring donated photographic equipment. Through workshops, classes, and private tutorials, VCP fosters creativity, connection, and lifelong learning in the photographic arts. Your support of our annual auction helps sustain these programs and keeps this creative community thriving.

How to Bid
Bidding in-person and online will begin at 5pm on Friday, September 5th, 2025. Bidding will close at 7pm on Saturday, November 1st, 2025.

Opening Reception
Friday, September 5th, 5-8 pm – plenty of refreshments will be served, join us!

Closing Celebration
Saturday, November 1st, 5-8 pm (bidding closes at 7:00 pm)
Sliding-scale in-person admission: $5-$25
The closing event will feature a complimentary photo booth, exclusive closing night auction items, a super-secret print raffle, music, and plenty of food and drinks!
