Cancellation/Refund Policies
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Participants in all classes and workshops are entitled to a full refund if your registration is cancelled due to COVID-19.
General Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels 7 business days or more before the first class, the full tuition minus a $25 registration fee, will be refunded. Participants may instead choose to be issued a credit towards another VCP class within one year of date of issue. There is no refund if a cancellation is made within 6 business days of the class.
Weather Cancellations
Evening and weekend classes are canceled due to bad weather on a case-by-case basis. Should a class need to be canceled, VCP will contact participants by phone, text and/ or email as soon as the decision is made. Please be certain to provide us with all necessary contact information when you enroll in a class.
VCP also posts weather cancellations on our Facebook page, so please check FB for current weather-related information.
If a class is cancelled for any reason, VCP will work with instructors and students to add another class, and in most cases, it will be extended by one week.
If an entire course is canceled by VCP, registered participants will receive a full refund, or a credit that can be used towards another VCP class within one year if they prefer.
