UNCOVERED: Collected Photographic Memories
A Series by Margaret Kristensen
Many images and their negatives disappear as time passes. A few get discreetly tucked away in boxes, and with any luck, reappear 60 years later. During the past year I have been collecting these emerging negatives and using them in my work. It seemed unfortunate that many of the characters depicted from days past would forever remain unseen. With this series, I aim to share some of them with a greater audience.
This exhibition will be on display from March 7th through the 30th.
Opening Reception: Friday, March 7th – 5:30 to 8:30pm – The artist will be in attendance. Refreshments available.
