Once again, VCP is pleased to celebrate the diversity of our membership with our annual Members Exhibition, this January and February! The show typically features over 150 works of art each year covering all subject matter and photographic processes. To learn more about becoming a member of VCP, please visit our membership page!

Participation Details

• All VCP members are invited to submit up to TWO framed pieces to be considered for the show – there is NO FEE to participate in the exhibit.
• Participants must be current with their VCP membership.
• Please complete this artwork submission contract and bring a physical copy when delivering your work.
• Submissions must be delivered to VCP before December 30, 2023. We cannot accept any work after this date.
• Work should be framed with hanging wire attached – OR – mounted to backing board with hanging hardware. Other display methods must be approved by VCP prior to delivery.
• We prefer that work be no larger than 36” on the long edge.
• Every submitting member will have at least one piece chosen for the exhibit – with the possibility of having both works displayed. This selection process is at the discretion of VCP.
• Members may submit any & all subject matter that utilizes any & all photographic processes. Work can be mixed media but should be primarily photographic in nature
• Work is encouraged to be for sale. Unless otherwise specified on the contract, artists receive 60% of proceeds from any sale of their work.
